Holding deposit, 1 weeks rent i.e: if the rent achieved is £575.00 the holding deposit will be £132.00 (Rent multiplied by 12, divided by 365, multiplied by 7).
Deposit- 5 weeks rent i.e: if the rent achieved is £575 the deposit will be £660.00 (Rent multiplied by 12, divided by 365, multiplied by 7, multiplied x 5).
Late rent payment. Interest will be charged on the payment of rent from the date the payment was missed. Interest will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate (if the rent is unpaid for over 14 days).
Amendments to tenancy £50. Early termination of tenancy. Tenants will be charged landlord's re-letting costs which will vary according to the rental amount of the property.
